Return & Exchange Policy

At SuiteBox, we value each order and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Below is our refund policy:

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds/Cancellations

    • Refunds or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

    • Refund requests submitted within this time frame will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

  • Non-Refundable Items

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Any items that have already been delivered or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Process for Refunds

    • To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team via the contact page.

    • Include your order number, name, and reason for the request.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Exceptions

    • In cases of defective or damaged products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
